ANIMAL CARE TRUST

WELCOME TO ANIMAL CARE TRUST'S NEUTER PALOOZA!
During October and November 2026, we're giving away up to 200 FREE Spay and Neuter Vouchers for Pasquotank and Camden County residents and area rescues.
Join us in addressing the urgent issue of pet overpopulation in our community. Our shelters are overflowing, and too many homeless cats and dogs are struggling to survive on the streets. Spaying and neutering is one of the most effective ways to break this cycle and reduce the number of unwanted animals.
Through Neuter Palooza!, we provide FREE spay and neuter vouchers to pet owners and approved rescues in need of assistance. Vouchers are limited and available for up to two animals per household and ten animals per rescue. Together, we can make a lasting difference for animals in our community! Here's how:
1. Download Application (s) by clicking on the buttons.
2. Fill out the application (s).
3. Mail or email it with proof of residency.
4. Once approved, we'll mail you a voucher and a list of participating local veterinarians.
5. Arrange and keep the vet spay/neuter appointment by March 31, 2027.
