Neuter Palooza is here! During October and November 2026, Animal Care Trust is helping Pasquotank and Camden County residents, and approved area rescues, have their dogs and cats spayed or neutered FREE of charge.

Simply request your free voucher, then schedule your appointment with a participating veterinarian. It’s an easy way to care for your pet while helping reduce unwanted litters and the number of homeless animals in our community. Click here for more information and voucher applications.

Limit two animals per household and ten per rescue. Further limits apply.
